AGQ USA is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory and our most recent accreditation and scope can be downloaded by clicking here.
AGQ Chile, Mexico, Morroco, Peru, and Spain are also ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratories and their most recent scope of accreditation can be downloaded by searching 'AGQ' at our accreditation body's website iAS.
At this time AGQ US does not but we plan to add this service soon. Other AGQ Labs do offer this service.
Absolutely. This is based mainly on your annual number of samples. Other factors are also considered such as shipping, frequency of rush samples, time of year, etc. Contact your AGQ Representative to find out more information.
We have also been known to give discounts to non-profits and educational programs.

- Make sure to complete the chain of custody with complete and legible information.
- Please include any specific information you would like to show on the report.
- Our results are only as good as the samples you submit us so we recommend that you submit samples that are representative of your lot. See our sampling and shipping guideline.
- We recommend all samples be sent overnight and if perishable sent with ice packs in an insulated cooler.
For agronomy samples, please contact your agronomist for specific amounts of samples.
For food safety samples, the amount of sample is dependent on the type of test. Please refer to the specific analysis page for the minimum amounts of sample needed. If you have doubts or questions, please contact your sales representative or foodsafety@agq.us.com.
Contact your sales person or appropriate department to gain access to your BeSafer account. Once you have this account information you can login via web browser or mobile app (search app store for 'BeSafer') to view the status of all your samples.
For routine sampling, we offer sampling services in California. This service is either performed directly by AGQ or by a 3rd party. Please contact your AGQ sales representative for more information.
For FDA detentions, we do perform sampling services throughout the United States. This service is either performed directly by AGQ or by a 3rd party. Please contact your AGQ sales representative for more information.
All samples must be accompanied with a completed chain of custody.

Results
Results
Your results are sent to any number of email addresses that you specify. Please contact your AGQ sales representative to add emails to your account.
AGQ invests a lot of resources into ensuring the MRLs are as correct as possible but mistakes do occur. Please let AGQ know so that we can verify and fix the issue.
Our current methods are not able to distinguish between these two compounds because they have similar retention times (during separation) and they have similar chemical structures.
